1.  We will not sell, rent or lease your personal information to any 3rd party, for any reason.  If you do give us personal information for any reason, it is held in the strictest confidence.  The only time any information you give us would be given to a 3rd party is when it is needed to process an order.  This includes using your credit card number to process your order with our bank, giving your address to a 3rd party to drop ship an item not in our warehouse, or similar.

2.  We do not spam.  We do not have a newsletter or ever send unsolicited email, and we never have.  The only time you will ever receive an email from us is when you place an order or email us with a question.  When an order is placed, we send an email confirming the order, and usually to confirm the shipment of the order.   These emails will come from our email servers, hosted by Yahoo, and from the hottan.com or tanningbeds4less.com domains.  If you ever think you have received spam from us, send the entire email, including the full header to abuse@hottan.com and we will investigate.

3.  This site uses cookies.  Cookie are small files that are placed on your computer that contain information such as your preferences when visiting the site and other non-personal data.  They do not identify you personally.  You can disable cookies and still have access to all the information on the website.

4.  Our websites do not use any type of pop ups, spywear or any 3rd party software of any kind.  Almost every piece of software we use on all our domains is written entirely by our own software engineering department.  Much of it is released under the GPL/GNU and/or based on Free Open Source Software.  All our servers use either Linux or FreeBSD as the operating system.  We regularly conduct inhouse and 3rd party security audits to insure safety.
