Warranty

Under all circumstances, the warranty that applies to any tanning bed is the one that comes with the tanning bed itself. Any warranty on any website is not binding, regardless of the source. This said, there are some general ideas that we would love to share with you regarding our warranties.

Coverage and claims
All new tanning beds purchased directly from UVA SunSystems (including through TanningBeds4less, TanningLamps4less or at 1-800-274-1744) have their warranty handled directly by us, the manufacturer. This guarantees fast and accurate handling of any potential issue that might come up. Claims can be made using the same phone number you ordered by, 1-800-274-1744.

SunMaster Tanning Beds
See your copy of the warranty that came with your tanning bed for important exclusion, but in general, SunMaster home tanning beds are covered by the best warranty in the industry: Limited Lifetime on structure, Three Years on parts, 1 Year prorated on acrylics, and 30 days on labor and lamps. SunMaster commercial systems have a similar warranty but parts are covered for One Year instead of Three Year.

Virtual Sun Tanning Beds
See your copy of the warranty that came with your tanning bed for exact policies, but in general, Virtual Sun tanning beds are covered by a One Year Limited Warranty on parts and 30 days on labor, lamps and acrylics.

SunMaster Tanning Lamps / Tanning Bulbs
Due to the nature of tanning lamps and the use they get in tanning salons, tanning lamps are covered for 30 days, but also include a performance guarantee. See our Guarantee page for details.

Free Lifetime Support
All SunMaster tanning beds come with Free Lifetime Support, which is covered on our Guarantee page.
