Use Do Not Disturb Schedule for Better Sleep
The Problem
Notifications wake you at 2 AM. You check your phone and can't fall back asleep.
The Hack
Set up scheduled DND: iPhone: Settings > Focus > Do Not Disturb > Schedule. Android: Settings > Sound > Do Not Disturb > Schedules. Allow calls from favorites.
Why It Works
Blue light and notification anxiety disrupt sleep cycles. Automatic DND eliminates both while still allowing emergency calls from starred contacts.

- Allow repeat callers (2 calls in 3 min) for true emergencies
- Set it once — runs automatically every night
- Also reduces late-night doom scrolling temptation
- Combine with Night Shift/blue light filter
