These Terms & Conditions govern your access to and use of the SunMaster USA website(s), community lifehack platform, knowledge base, articles, newsletters, SMS program, and related services. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE TO THESE TERMS, DO NOT USE THE SERVICES.

1. Who We Are
SunMaster USA is operated by ROLAND PARTNER Sp. z o.o., d/b/a "SunMaster USA" ("SunMaster USA," "we," "us," "our").

2. Eligibility
The Services are intended for users in the United States. You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your state) to use the Services.
3. Important: Informational Only — No Professional Advice
All content and communications provided through the Services (including lifehacks, articles, user-submitted content, email, and SMS) are for general informational and educational purposes only.
- We are not a licensed contractor, electrician, plumber, financial advisor, medical provider, or any other type of licensed professional.
- Lifehacks and tips are community-sourced suggestions — use your own judgment before attempting any hack, especially those involving home repairs, electrical work, chemicals, or tools.
- Financial tips are general suggestions, not personalized financial advice. Consult a qualified financial advisor for your specific situation.
- Health-related hacks are general wellness suggestions, not medical advice.
- Always prioritize safety. If a hack seems risky, research further or consult a professional.
- We are not responsible for any damage, injury, or loss resulting from attempting any lifehack or tip found on our platform.

4. Your Use of the Services
You agree to use the Services lawfully and respectfully. You agree not to:
- Access or use the Services in a way that could disable, overburden, damage, or impair the Services
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to systems, accounts, or data
- Scrape, harvest, or collect data from the Services without permission
- Transmit malware or harmful code
- Use the Services for unlawful, deceptive, abusive, or harmful purposes
- Submit content that is plagiarized, false, misleading, or harmful
- Manipulate the voting/like system through fake accounts or automated means
- Use the article submission form to spam or promote unrelated products
We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these Terms.
5. Subscriptions, Email, and SMS Communications
A) Email
By providing your email address and opting in, you agree to receive emails from SunMaster USA, including newsletters and occasional promotional messages. You can unsubscribe at any time via the link in our emails.
B) SMS / Text Messages — Key Terms
By providing your mobile number and opting in, you agree to receive recurring SMS/text messages from SunMaster USA (marketing and/or transactional), consistent with your selections. These messages may include:
- Weekly top lifehack roundups and community highlights
- New article and content notifications
- Trending hacks and seasonal tips
- Marketing communications and promotional offers from SunMaster USA and our partners, including deals on home improvement, kitchen gadgets, tech products, and lifestyle products
- Account and subscription notifications
- Support and service updates
- Article submission status updates (if applicable)

6. Mobile Messaging Program Terms (SMS) — Addendum
This section applies if you opt in to receive SMS/text messages (the "SMS Program").
6.1 Consent and Authorization
You authorize SunMaster USA to send you recurring automated text messages at the number you provide. Message types may include lifehack tips, community highlights, smart living advice, seasonal recommendations, and occasional promotional or partner highlights consistent with your opt-in.
6.2 Revocation / Opting Out
You may revoke consent or opt out at any time by replying with STOP or any other reasonable opt-out request. We will process opt-out requests within a commercially reasonable time and as required by applicable rules.
6.3 Charges and Frequency
Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.
6.4 Supported Carriers; Delivery
Service may not be available on all carriers or devices. Wireless carriers are not responsible for delayed or undelivered messages.
6.5 Number Changes
If you change or deactivate your phone number, you are responsible for updating your information. Opt-out requests apply to the number used.
6.6 Program Changes or Termination
We may modify or terminate the SMS Program at any time. Where appropriate, we will provide notice.
7. Community Content and Article Submissions
SunMaster USA allows users to submit articles through our public submission form. By submitting content:
- You represent that the content is original and does not infringe any third-party rights
- You grant SunMaster USA a worldwide, royalty-free, non-exclusive license to publish, edit, display, and distribute your submitted content on our platform and in related marketing materials
- You understand that our editorial team may edit your submission for clarity, accuracy, formatting, and length
- You understand that submission does not guarantee publication — we reserve the right to reject any submission at our sole discretion
- If published, your name (as provided) will be displayed as the author
- Your email address will NOT be published — it is used only for communication about your submission
We are not responsible for the accuracy, completeness, or safety of user-submitted content. Readers use lifehacks and tips at their own risk.
8. Voting and Like System
Our platform includes a like/voting system for lifehacks. You agree not to:
- Create multiple accounts to manipulate vote counts
- Use automated tools or bots to inflate or deflate likes
- Coordinate with others to artificially boost specific content
We reserve the right to reset vote counts and suspend accounts involved in vote manipulation.
9. User Accounts and Data
When you create an account (via Google Sign-In), we store your bookmarked lifehacks, bookmarked articles, and like history. You can delete your account and associated data at any time from your profile settings.
10. Third-Party Links, Partner Services, and Affiliate Content
The Services may reference or link to third-party products, services, websites, or providers ("Third-Party Services").
- Third-Party Services are provided by independent parties, not SunMaster USA
- We do not control and are not responsible for Third-Party Services, including their content, availability, pricing, policies, or privacy practices
- Your use of Third-Party Services is governed by their terms and policies
11. Affiliate, Referral, and Sponsored Content Disclosure
Some links or recommendations may be affiliate or referral-based, meaning we may earn compensation if you take action through those links. Where compensation is possible, we aim to disclose material connections clearly.
12. Intellectual Property
The Services, including content, design, text, graphics, logos, and trademarks, are owned by SunMaster USA or licensed to us and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Services for personal, non-commercial use. You may not reproduce, distribute, publicly display, sell, or create derivative works from our content without written permission, except as allowed by law.
13. User Submissions
If you submit suggestions, ideas, questions, or feedback, you grant SunMaster USA a worldwide, royalty-free license to use them to operate and improve the Services, without compensation, unless prohibited by law. Do not submit confidential information.
14. Disclaimer of Warranties
THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE."
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, SUNMASTER USA DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
15. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW:
- SUNMASTER USA WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES.
- SUNMASTER USA'S TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THE SERVICES WILL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) $100 OR (B) THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO US IN THE 12 MONTHS BEFORE THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM (IF ANY).
Some states do not allow certain limitations, so portions of this section may not apply to you.
16. Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless SunMaster USA and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your use of the Services, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any law or third-party rights.
17. Changes to the Services or Terms
We may modify the Services or update these Terms at any time. We will update the "Last updated" date above or provide additional notice where required. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
18. Entire Agreement; Severability
These Terms and the Privacy Policy constitute the entire agreement regarding the Services. If any provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in effect.
