Freeze Smoothie Packs for 60-Second Mornings

The Problem

Making a smoothie every morning means washing, measuring, and chopping. By Wednesday you skip it.

The Hack

In each quart freezer bag: 1 cup frozen fruit, 1 handful spinach, 1 tbsp nut butter or protein powder, optional banana pieces. Flatten and freeze. Morning: dump into blender, add liquid, blend 60 seconds.

Why It Works

All prep is done once. Every morning is a 60-second dump-and-blend operation with zero measuring, zero cleanup beyond rinsing the blender.

Pro Tips

  • Label each bag with the flavor — 'PB Banana' or 'Berry Green'
  • Make 10 bags at once — covers 2 weeks of breakfasts
  • Use frozen fruit from Costco — cheaper than fresh and pre-cut
  • Add liquid last for better blending — milk, water, juice, or yogurt
