Upgrade Instant Ramen with One Egg and Vegetables
The Problem
Instant ramen is cheap but basically just carbs and sodium. You eat it and feel terrible.

Cook ramen as normal. In the last 2 minutes, add a handful of frozen vegetables (mixed Asian vegetables work great). In the last minute, crack an egg directly into the broth and stir gently.
